You authorize Signet Ring to bill you on a monthly basis on the 1st of every month for web-hosting and hosting-related services
Service Agreement term is for ONE FULL YEAR from the date of purchase, pro-rated to the 1st of the month
Backups are the sole responsibility of the customer. Weekly backups are made by us, but we do not offer any guarantee related to your data.
Support issues can be logged by e-mailing staff@signet-ring.com or by calling 1.808.375.9322. 24 hours is the response time guarantee. Calling / E-mailing repeatedly does not shorten response time. One call is sufficient.
